My name is Gina Zimmer, and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about my self.
I have been in the real estate business for 12 years, I started in the industry by working in a construction office setting up walk thru’s, answering questions from buyers, assisting lenders in processing home files, and coordinating necessary closing documents with title companies. Buying or selling a home has many steps and requires attention to details to insure the transaction goes smoothly.
I enjoy helping people putting the Home in Homeownership.
I am a mother of 2 young tweens, Taylor & Maddy, who definitely keep me busy. I enjoy spending time with them in their school activities and sports. As a HOCKEY & SOCCER MOM I am definitely a very organized person. Scheduling appointments & closings is a breeze compared to hockey and soccer practice, who’s bringing snack, what time is the game, and cleaning uniforms. I attribute some of my negotiating skills to raising them.
My daughters and I also volunteer at a food shelf in Woodbury. It is a great bonding time and a great way to pay it forward.
I grew up in the Oakdale - Woodbury area and still have Many friends and family in the area.
I transplanted my self in Farmington 16 years ago and have met so many wonderful friends, teachers, neighbors; it is a great area to raise your kids.
I just recently built a home in Farmington, and was the head job sup. I had a great repor with the subcontractors working on my house and the process went very smoothly.
In my free time I play on a women’s softball team, cheering on my daughters in their sporting events, Love to watch the WILD play hockey, and traveling with family and friends.
